Yin Yoga
Yin yoga focuses on 5-7 poses for the entirety of the class while working through soft tissue release and stretching our joints. We focus on holding yin yoga poses for a longer length of time while finding deep openings in the joints and also learning to "work" in stillness. This class is designed for all abilities and experience with yoga.

Ecstatic Dance
Come dance in a supportive space without judgement. There is no need to follow specific steps. This is an invitation to allow your body to move however the music calls you to. Ecstatic dance can serve as a form of meditation, and many dancers move with their eyes closed allowing the exploration of movement to be inward. Each week is hosted by a different person bringing a different style of music to our humble little space.
