Frequently Asked Questions
What does my membership cover?
A Wellness membership will give you 8 classes each month. Our Limitless membership offers unlimited classes. Donation based classes are excluded from both memberships and offer members and nonmembers an opportunity to give as they are able, as well as provide full accessibility to those in need.
Are workshops and class series included in my membership?
Class series and workshops are not included in your membership. Some workshops may offer a sliding scale and/or a discounted price to Limitless members. Details will be included in each workshop description.
How do I login to my account?
Go to the scheduling page on our website and in the top right hand corner of the gray box you will see “login”. Be sure to login with the same email you purchased your class pass or membership with.
I forgot my password and the password reset doesn’t work. What do I do?
Please double check you are using the correct email. It is possible your account is under a different email. If you submit a password reset and a red label comes up that reads; “If you entered a valid email address, an email has been sent with instructions to reset your password. “ - this is most likely not your email. If you reset your password and a green label comes up that reads; “Thank you. An email has been sent with instructions to reset your password.” - then this is your email. The subject of the email will be "Acuity Scheduling: Reset Password". If you don't receive this within 15 minutes, please be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder. In addition, your email we have on file may still be different. Please email theyellowroomsandpoint@gmail.com to verify that your email you desire to use is the one we have on file for you so we can sync your account appropriately.
Other options: If you sign up for a class (even if you're not logged in) and click "redeem coupon, package or gift certificate" you can enter your email connected to the code you bought and it should register.
If you do not have a code connected and can not log into your account to sign up for a class please send us an email at theyellowroomsandpoint@gmail.com (this email is checked daily M-F) with what class you are wanting to attend and we will sign you up for classes until we can fix this issue. Not ideal, but we can at least sign you up on your end and know there is an issue to help fix.
You can also just show up to class and have the teacher sign you in on their end. Keep in mind the class may be full so sending us an email in advance may be your best choice.
We apologize for this extreme inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we save up money to buy a better system.
How do I use my code for gift certificate, class pass, or membership?
If you purchased a membership or class pass your code should automatically populate when signing up for a class by clicking the “redeem coupon” button (you must be logged into your account). If you are not logged into your account you can enter your email connected to the code you bought and it should register.
If someone gifted you a gift certificate they would have received a confirmation email with your code in it. Once you receive that code, copy and paste the code in the “redeem coupon” section when signing up for a class. We recommend saving this code somewhere for easy reference.
My class pass or membership code doesn’t work, what do I do?
Please double check your code to make sure it is correct and that there are no spaces before, in between or after. Everything that is offered at The Yellow Room is not included in the membership. Although there are many classes that ARE included in the membership, workshops, class series, and donation based offerings are not included.
Our workshops and class series are private practitioners renting the space to share their gifts with the community and you are always more than welcome to come to donation based offerings.
For all offerings not included in the membership you can still sign up without your code to save your spot and either pay at the door for a workshop or class series or bring whatever donation is accessible for you to our donation based offerings, even your presence is enough.
If you are still having issues send us an theyellowroomsandpoint@gmail.com and let us know what is happening. We’ll help you troubleshoot the best we can and get you back up and running.
I don’t remember my code.
That’s okay, we don’t remember things sometimes either. You can access your code a few ways:
Enter your email you bought the code with into the “redeem coupon, package, or gift certificate” section and it should register.
Reference your email inbox for a confirmation email from “acuity scheduling” or scheduling@acuityscheduling.com which should have your code in it. Save this email and code for your easy reference.
If these options don't work please do send us an email at theyellowroomsandpoint@gmail.com (this email is checked daily M-F) and we will sign you up for classes until we can fix this issue. Not ideal, but we can at least sign you up on your end and know that there is an issue to help with.
You can also have the teacher sign you in before, during or after class.
How many classes do I have left in my class pass?
Log into your account on the scheduling page. In the green section of the page you will see “active codes”, and under that “(show amount remaining)”. Click on “(show amount remaining)” to see the remaining classes you have.
The class I am signing up for says two different times. What time is the correct time?
This can be so confusing! Always trust the class time that is listed next to the black sign up button. Do not pay reference to the “time zone drop down menu”. No matter what class you sign up for, the drop down always says 7:00pm.
The class already started and now I can’t sign in.
Once the class starts it disappears. Please do your best to sign up for classes before the class time. If needed, the teacher can sign you in and they can take your payment from their end or enter your code.
When i pay more for a class in the “pay what you want additional amount” section, where does the money go?
As a non-profit we want to give opportunities for those feeling more abundant to donate more if they feel they are inspired and able. Every penny goes directly back into the non-profit from helping us maintain the space and services, pay our wonderful teachers, improve our systems, and spread more awareness. Thank you for your additional support. It truly makes a difference.
I left something in the studio. How can I get it back?
You can check our schedule here and drop by just before or after another class is scheduled, or send us an email at theyellowroomsandpoint@gmail.com to arrange a time to pick it up.
I’d like to teach a class at The Yellow Room. What’s that process?
We’d love to have you join us!
Please take a moment to share some ideas here about the gifts you have to offer.
I want to take classes at The Yellow Room but I don’t have the means to afford a membership or drop ins?
We don’t want money to ever be a barrier for anyone in our community to be a part of The Yellow Room. We have several options, between volunteer and work share programs to full and partial scholarships. Please go here and let us know how we can help.
How do I cancel my membership?
We always welcome feedback about what is not working for you with your membership and would love to help you figure out if another option is better for you. If you are ready to cancel, please send us an email.
I accidentally signed up for two memberships and am getting charged 2x. What do I do?
Oh no, that’s no good! Send us an email and we can cancel one of the memberships for you and refund you for the other.
ARe animals allowed in the space?
As much as we love furry friends we ask that your animals do stay at home, outside, or in the vehicle (if it is safe to do so). We may have people in class that are allergic and our space is small without windows. not allowing for circulation. If they are a service animal required because of a disability we understand and can accommodate. Please note according to ADA and public accommodation laws in Idaho: If your service animal poses a direct threat to health and safety, not housebroken, or is out of control and you are unable or unwilling to effectively control it we can ask your animal to be outside of the space during the offering. You are still entitled to enter the public accommodation even if your service animal is not allowed in. Thank you for understanding.
